Why was this site name (URL) chosen? Obviously, we wanted to keep it reasonably short. We also thought the name should have some implied meaning. Since we only got a glimpse of the entire state of Alaska, we chose to have a bit of a play on words/ pun. Yes, we had to mis-spell seek, but that was part of our intention.

.us – just seemed like the appropriate domain since Alaska is a big part of the U.S.
